You will serve as an IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVISION of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will analyze cybersecurity, AT, and CYBERSAFE guidelines and directives to develop technical requirements for acquisition documentation. You will participate in the development of the Cybersecurity strategy. You will assist in the development of systems engineering analyses. You will stay at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements.

• This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code (801), proficiency level (advanced) the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Guiding the development and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity strategies and policies; 2) Directing rapid and effective responses to cybersecurity incidents; 3) Driving research and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our defensive capabilities and operational efficiency.
