Duties

As a Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: This position will serve as the lead for Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS) strategic planning, cost estimates, project lifecycle, program analysis, and coordinating responses to programmatic taskers. Develops and maintains planning documentation, including investment justifications, project objectives and milestones. Develop and maintains cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.

Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Experience with a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude; Perform project management duties and to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations; and Assisting with organizational project or program budgets or cost estimates.
