You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the of NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will serve as an expert analyst responsible for the execution of assigned programs that involves planning administrative actions; preparing and promoting program initiatives; and administering and evaluating projects and studies.
You will study the operations of the organization and make recommendations on existing procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
You will prepare briefs, standard operating procedures, guidance, regulations, policy, instructions and metrics.
You will advise the Director and Senior Managers on financial issues as it related to budget restrictions and current/future fiscal year requirements.
You will provide staff assistance and direction on inter/intra service support agreements and memorandum of understanding/agreement; contractual service and support.
You will provide staff guidance and direction regarding the procurement of supplies and equipment; organization mission and functions.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Developing and implementing of the organization's strategic vertical and horizontal communication plan that identifies the target audience, the message, method of delivery, and the desired outcome.
Providing substantive information to the workforce through a broad range of communications services, i.e., monthly newsletters, bulletin boards, and advertising of organization events.
Setting objectives for and collects informational materials and presentations from the directorates for educating a diverse audience regarding the organization's functions, programs, and initiatives via the Organization Awareness seminars.
Compiling and preserving of significant information and activities of the organization.
Presenting recommendations to senior leaderships for improvement based on the analysis of suggestion/make a difference box queries.
