This position is in the Planning, Programming, and Environmental Branch, Federal Lands Highway Division, Federal Highway Administration. The Division administers the Federal Lands Highway program within designated areas. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact and authority on one or more programs (e.g., Federal Lands Transportation Program, Federal Lands Access Program, Defense Access Program).

Qualifications

For the GS-13: You must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which included:
Experience managing the funding and development of transportation improvement projects including tracking and monitoring the funding; AND
Experience developing and monitoring the scope, schedule, and budgets for multiple projects included within a program of projects in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations; AND
Experience establishing and maintaining internal and external working relationships with partners and project stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
