You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the INFOWARTRACMD MONTEREY CA.
Duties
You will serve as direct representative and principal advisor to the Commanding Officer (CO) and the Executive Officer (XO) on all training matters for courses taught and have oversight on all courses of instruction.
You will oversee, manage, and coordinate curriculum functions as it pertains to the development, revisions, pilots, changes, and audits with managers and department.
You will be responsible for preparing training reports, analyzing, and briefing training data that includes but are not limited to classroom utilization, students, course prerequisites and instructor qualification progress.
You will evaluate program funding plans and develop Plans, Actions, and Milestones (POA and M) for installation or upgrades of training systems and integration of new applications into current systems and courses.
You will oversee maintenance of existing curricula, development of new curricula, and revisions or modifications to existing curricula by course/curriculum developers.
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates, interview candidates for positions within the command, hear and resolve complaints, and develop performance standards and evaluations on civilian and military subordinates.

- Occasional work at training facilities, laboratories and similar environments may involve exposure to safety hazards such as high voltage electricity, moving mechanical components or toxic chemicals.
- May be required to travel CONUS in the performance of the duties as assigned. The incumbent may be required to work overtime on an emergency basis.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a multi-faceted training program and anticipating difficulties that may affect the training, administrative efficiency, or operational readiness of the program; 2) Conducting cost analysis and fiscal planning for training facilities, training systems and training courses/curriculum in coordination with associated offices and activities; 3) Conducting comprehensive management studies and developing detailed plans to establish resource requirements, identify problems, and develop solutions to improve program efficiency; and 4) Providing administrative and technical support to subordinate personnel to prioritize workload, determine training requirements and ensure adequate staffing for a federal organization.
