You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Command Suite, Comptroller, Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NAVEXPMEDSUPCOM) of NAVMEDREADLOGCMD.
This announcement uses the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.
Duties
You will assist to design, build, and maintain expeditionary medical facilities to include all process elements such as design, procurement, hospital integration, storage, shipment, and life-cycle support.
You will research, compile, prepare, summarize and analyze data for various financial reports in regards to budget formulation and execution, accounting, and audit readiness.
You will monitor and validate obligations and expenditures throughout the fiscal year.
You will provide recommendations for the increase or recoupment of funded obligations to the Financial Manager to ensure resources are effectively managed.
You will perform duties in regard to civilian labor budgets, labor reconciliation, and various reports, as well as serve as alternate Customer Service Representative (CSR) and SLDCADA Administrator.
You will serve as primary agency Program Coordinator for Government Travel Card Program.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the folowing:
Experience utilizing integrated federal financial management systems to include NERP and sub-systems to extract data, identify and resolve system problems, and maintain data integrity;
Experience analyzing, evaluating and reviewing budget and program issues and financial data and reports using business tools and applications;
Experience preparing, reviewing and reconciling financial statements and financial reports to meet reporting requirements and to support management decisions;
