About the Position: This position is located in the Northwestern Division - HQ - Office of the Commander. The position responsible for Columbia River Program Management - Columbia River Treaty 2024 and Salmon Recovery implementation/Columbia River Stay.

Duties

Develop and manage long-term plans for resources, expertise, funding, and other aspects of Columbia River compliance and treaty requirements. Ensure the Columbia River Salmon Recovery and Treaty Programs are executed consistent with the Program Management Plans. Assist with resolution of complex programs and project issues and recommend course of action to Division leadership to remove or mitigate issues and hindrances to execution. Work with leadership from Departments of Army, Justice, Interior, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Commerce as well as Environmental Protection Agency and others to implement Columbia River requirements. Foster and maintain partnerships with agencies, Tribes, states, stakeholders, and customers; as well as with navigation industry, electrical power representatives.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
