You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGMENT SPECIALIST in the INTEGRATED LOGISTICS OVERHAUL DIVISION, SUBMARINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER of SUBMARINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER.
Duties
You will specifically be responsible for managing and directing the daily work of the STSC ILO Groton Site and dealing with multiple classes of US Submarines.
You will will develop and plan agency work and ship milestones to be accomplished, and evaluate and adjust both long and short-term priorities, and prepare work completion schedules.
You will develop and implement improved processes to eliminate and/or reduce any bottlenecks and barriers.
You will evaluate both military and civilian employees.
You will provide technical guidance and direction to ILO division personnel in the implementation of command directives and local instructions.
You will identify subordinate employee developmental and training needs, provide and arrange for needed development and training.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with Working Knowledge of US Navy's 3M system - Configuration Data Manager Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) requirements and Procedures; Ships Configuration and Logistic Support Information System; RAIMS, MRMS and NAVSUP procedures. Including the interrelationships of fleet and NAVSEA operating procedures which deal with fleet logistics support.
Experience with the Knowledge of Allowance Parts List/Equipment List Onboard Repair Parts, Maintenance Assistance Modules COSAL Maintenance actions (e.g., AWRs and CKs} (APL/AEL) , and other Knowledge and skills of various ILS Management tools (e.g. Fedlog, GDAPL, ATIS, NLL, TDMIS, NAVICP, DLA, AIMTC Dbases and Accesses) used to identify, cross reference and research part numbers, stock numbers, APLs, AELs, technical manuals, CKs and AWRs.
Experience with the Knowledge and Ability to conduct MAM's inventories. Knowledge and Ability to check Storeroom Items (SRI's} to a ships R-Supply HM&E stock records.
Experience with a broad specialized knowledge and understanding of logistic related supply, training, inventory, database management operations, principles, practices, procedures, and program support requirements corresponding to mission/program goals. Extraordinary expertise is required in supply system analysis, evaluation and problem solution.
