This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Region in Phoenix, Arizona. The incumbent will assist in managing the day-to-day administrative support functions associated with the operation of the Western Region Division of Natural Resources.

Duties
Perform a wide range of administrative support work.
Requisition office supplies, equipment, printing, and services utilizing the Government credit card applying knowledge of procurement guidelines.
Maintain an accurate and current Budget Execution Model of the assigned budget for the division office utilizing an automated data processing system.
Establish and maintain office files.
Coordinate travel arrangements using an automated travel system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from clients outside of the organization.

Qualifications
GS-7 Minimum Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to at least the GS-6 grade level in the Federal service.
Examples of specialized experience include: performing specialized office tasks including making travel arrangements for executive staff; compiling information from a variety of sources to prepare reports for executive staff; preparing supply requisitions according to established rules; and providing direct support and technical assistance to branch managers, supervisors, and staff in departments such as finance, human resources, procurement, property and supply, and Indian self-determination.
