Duties
Acts as the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Business Management Office (BMO) Branch Chief and reports directly to the CAGE Program Manager on all matters concerning the BMO Branch.

(cont.) for processing and maintaining CAGE Code registrations, supporting software development and integration of acquisition, Acquisition Category (ACAT) and non-Acquisition Category (non-ACAT), programs related to CAGE Code registration activity.
Oversees budget forecasting, execution, and reporting activities for the BMO Branch.
Directs CAGE Code registration and maintenance activities such as requests for updating, maintaining, and creating new CAGE Code assignments, resolving Customer Service Tickets Acts...
(cont.) as the principal advisor for managing, controlling, tracking, and reporting for all CAGE Code registration activities, metrics and KPIs, and CAGE business.
Develops requirements through user acceptance testing of system capabilities, including software acquisition and software development methodologies to meet requirements.
Acts as the principal advisor for CAGE Code registration policy, performance and status with DLA internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Directs a variety of complex assignments for all business systems/applications programs from receipt of the requirement throughout the product's lifecycle, including software acquisition and software development using Waterfall, Agile or a combination of both methodologies to meet requirements.
Oversees acquisition activities to include the development and execution of contracting actions in support of the Program Management Officer (PMO).
Develops workload reporting requirements for the workload tracking application to include functional, reporting policies, and procedures used in the customer requirements request tool.
Advises the organization Director on all matters pertaining to human resource planning and management, training, strategic and business planning, and a variety of operational support services.
Serves as an expert in a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods used to assess and improve complex management processes and systems.
