You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Duties

You will monitor and maintain inventory accounts for non-expendable equipment in the Material Access Technology (MAT) database system. You will ensure the storage, issuance, replenishment and surveillance of supply line items. You will ensure that supplies are maintained at the established user requirement levels. You will monitor, conduct, spot check, and inventory all items listed in the assigned equipment inventory listings and reconcile assigned equipment accounts. You will review and validate all bills received for items obligated. You will maintain accurate records and files of all permanent transactions, purchases, receiving reports and other records to facilitate in the management of your duties.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: entering, correcting, and retrieving data utilizing automated supply databases in order to track the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and material in support of industrial property management programs.
