About the Position: This position is located at DUNHAM US ARMY HEALTH CLINIC ADMINISTRATION DIVISION BUSINESS MANAGEMENT BRANCH HUMAN RESOURCES SECTION.
Duties
Maintain required military records pertaining to assigned and attached Soldiers.
Complete individual military orders for Service Members to facilitate Permanent Change of Station or separation.
Operate a variety of database systems to input and research records.
Apply military human resources rules to determine availability to process Soldiers for reassignment.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Duties require the skill of a qualified typist (40 words per minute minimum).
- A one-year probationary period may be required if not already completed in accordance with 5 CFR criteria.
- This position may be eligible for telework.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete and/or accurate; 2) Retrieving data from various information systems to prepare correspondence for final review; and 3) Using automated military records software systems to input and extract data pertaining to personnel.
Typing: Qualified typist (40 words per minute minimum).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
