Duties

You will serve as the Advanced Information Warfare (IW) Antennas APM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within PEO C4I. You will demonstrate knowledge and experience with Information Warfare (IW) antenna technologies, IW antenna development, testing, procurement and fielding. You will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of shipboard installation and integration of advanced antenna systems, ensuring capability with existing maritime platforms and systems. You will lead technical strategy, requirements management, capability integration planning, and overseeing program management of cost, schedule, and performance parameters. You will lead the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to deliver new IW capability in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs. You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities. You will manage leadership of multiple integrated product of teams or serve as integrated product team lead for IPT that crosses multiple program offices or crosses multiple programs of record.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Information Warfare (IW) antenna technologies, IW antenna development, testing, procurement and fielding within the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (PEO C4I). Oversight and coordination of shipboard installation and integration of advanced antenna systems, ensuring capability with existing maritime platforms and systems.
