You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST. This position is located in the Department of the Navy Office of Force Resiliency, (DON OFR) which is an element of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA).
Duties
You will develop revised integrated prevention policies and ensure that policies are supported by facts, and clarify, interpret, and resolve unique problems associated with related policies.
You will provide program guidance and advice to the Deputy Director and Director on topics related to the integrated prevention of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and suicide prevention.
You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date Congressional and legislative changes to policies and procedures.
You will assess command climate, identify problems or potential problems that may lead to sexual harassment or sexual assault, and provide solutions to mitigate these potential behaviors.
You will lead and participate in committees or task groups for the purpose of developing positions, providing oversight, and making recommendations concerning the integrated prevention of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and suicide programs.
You will develop responses to inquiries from the Executive Office of the President, members of Congress, and others for data and information on policy program areas.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing and implementing policy and guidance related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, suicide prevention and response, or integrated prevention.
Experience implementing prevention and response programs and initiatives and advising leadership on long-term and short-term strategic program goals.
Experience coordinating and integrating updated policy throughout agency through programs, trainings, and documents.
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with reviewing, revising, and advising on policy and guidance related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, suicide prevention and response, or integrated prevention.
Experience overseeing projects and initiatives that impact the agency's approach to prevention and response.
Experience liaising with internal and external agencies to support and recommend policy changes related to prevention and response efforts.
