You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the S-1 DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Duties
Identify training needs of employees to improve production.
Propose initiatives to improve an organization's effectiveness or efficiency in meeting tasking requirements.
Analyze manpower and personnel operating procedures requirements to identify problems.
Plan, organize, lead, and conduct programs to develop recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: provide technical expertise on matters pertaining to manpower utilization, management, assignment, analysis and evaluation; prepare local directives pertaining to personnel distribution, advise senior officials regarding manning issues and act as a primary manager for automated systems (e.g. Department of Navy Tracker, Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) or similar software.
