About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst in the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Business Operations and Integration Division (BOID), with responsibility for formulation, forecasting, implementation and maintenance of public works analysis programs.
Duties
Manage the Installation Status Report (ISR) Infrastructure Program for a military installation.
Establish organization project work breakdown structures in GFEBS, ensuring correct project phasing, work assignment, funding and follow up.
Serve as organization Manager for coordination and collection of Installation Status Report-Suite of Services (ISR-S), Common Levels of Support (CLS) and ISR Mission Capability (ISR-MC) data.
Responsible for the Directorate's Manager’s Internal Control Program / Risk Management Internal Control (MICP/RMIC).
Render management analysis services and technical assistance by preparing the organization Resource Management Plan (RMP), and Annual Work Plan (AWP) and Spend Plan with the assistance of other offices and divisions.
Requirements

- Travel may be required 5% of the time to attend conferences or training related to the position.

- Term employment is subject to a one-year trial period.
- This is a Term position scheduled to last 2 years.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education requirements described below. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience 1) conducting manpower and management studies of organizations; 2) preparing the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) manpower, equipment, and force management requirements; 3) managing the operations and support of an accounting and budget operation system such as, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS); 4) preparing detailed briefings of overall study findings and make recommendations.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Term appointments may be extended up to a maximum of six years. With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond 6 six years, but not more than 8 years. Employees who accept such time-limited appointment opportunities will be required to sign a statement of understanding.Permanent employees who accept time-limited appointments will not have placement rights to the previously held permanent position at the end of the time-limited appointment.
