About the Position: This position supports the mission of the J-8, Financial Operations Directorate and is located in San Antonio, Texas.

Duties

Serve as a functional (resource management) staff specialist working on assigned systems performing data analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of three separate systems. Perform management review and data analysis of all aspects of assigned system and after implementation to include data collection procedures and compliance with DOD and Army regulations. Assist in the review of new software or redesign of the system or subsystems. Develop, coordinate and update all documentation for the assigned system to include user manuals, trainer's guides, and student workbooks based on actual program design. Provide advice and assistance to other team members regarding functional resource management (expense), personnel, and force development (manpower) functions.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
