Duties
As a Lead Budget Analyst you will:
Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and value are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategy, goal, objective, work plan and work product and service.
Train or arrange for the training of team member in method and technique of team building and working in team to accomplish task or project, and provide or arrange for specific administrative or technical training.
Prepare reports and maintain record of accomplishment and administrative information as required coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information.
Perform the full complement of budgetary function and duty associated with all phase of the federal budget process.
Monitor execution of fund for assign program which consist of obligation and expenditure for multi-year program.
Coordinate with assign program representative to assist in the formulation of project cost for program operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which must include the following experience: managing formulation of budget estimates and rates (i.e., planning, preparing, analyzing, etc.) for a program office and/or organization; developing cost benefit analysis of budgets; and reviewing, analyzing, editing, and consolidating budget submissions.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Copy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience. An official transcript will be required if you are selected.
College or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. For a list of schools which meet these criteria, please refer to
