This is an Administrative Support Specialist (OA), GS-0303-06 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Infrastructure Branch within Engineering Division for the following location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.
About the Position: The purpose of this position is to function as a central point on all matters related to providing administrative services and clerical support to the Infrastructure Branch.
Duties
Assist in the consolidation of annual funding estimates for the serviced offices into the operating budget.
Plans, coordinates and accomplishes a variety of program support tasks, such as, but not limited to the following: Prepares meeting agenda, including such items as unfinished business from previous meetings, and current issues.
Ensures the establishment, maintenance and systematic disposal of a variety of records, documents, files and
technical/regulatory material is in accordance with established regulations.
Prepares travel orders and travel vouchers for all supported employees, prepares advances when necessary, delivers airplane tickets to appropriate employee(s), makes arrangements for government usage.
Acts as the Branch's timekeeper and GPC holder.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) less than 25%.
- This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1). Funding and budget estimates for an organization, AND 2). Preparing meeting agendas, calendars, and planning travel, AND 3). Performing daily administrative duties.
Education
