About the Position: Serves as a Program & Project Scheduler Analyst and technical expert for the Division with support to the entire North Atlantic Division Region.

Duties

Analyze integrated program and project master schedules with multiple and complex phases, reaches, components, tasks, and relationships. Perform in-depth quality assurance analysis and investigations to determine and document reasons for scheduling issues and make corrective action. Lead Project Delivery Teams to recognize and refine program, project, and service scheduling best practices across all Districts within the North Atlantic Division. Provide training and consulting guidance to the Region on USACE program, project, and integrated master scheduling processes. Identify overall programmatic issues and problems requiring Division attention and proposes solutions to align future mission delivery efforts. Advises on all aspects with respect to specific programs, projects, master schedules.

Requirements

  • This position requires temporary business travel (TDY) up to 25% of the time.

Entering program/project data into automated systems, such as the USACE P2 Automated Information Program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementFinancial ManagementOral CommunicationTechnology Application Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
