You will serve as a Program Analyst (Program Manager) for the Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide resource support to the DPSS Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring that all required resource needs are identified.
You will work with technical leads to formalize roles and responsibilities for the technical teams across the IPT.
You will will provide analytical support to the Contracting Officer’s Representative to identify functions and gaps in all current DPSS contract support vehicles and establish financial and technical points of contact.
You will analyze and manage DPSS funding profile(s), including tracking expenditures and budget forecasting.

- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Gathering, assembling, and analyzing data and recommending solutions to problems associated with processes, standards and policies of the Integrated Product Team (IPTs) operations; 2) Overseeing and coordinating various projects within the IPT; 3) Implement strategies and practices to maximize output while minimizing inputs, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity across various aspects of business operations; 4) Providing analytical support to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) identifying functions and gaps in all current contract support vehicles and establish financial and technical points of contact as necessary; 5) Providing leadership and direction to the IPT Staff, making recommendations leading to business case development for financial management.
