This position is in the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST), Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR), Complaints Adjudication and Program Evaluation Division.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.
To qualify for the Grade 09, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-07 it must include:
Experience analyzing or evaluating programs and producing reports.
Experience utilizing database systems to enter, revise, track, store, and research information.
Experience preparing reports and papers and responding to inquiries on technical and non-technical information requests.
To qualify for the Grade 11, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-09 it must include:
Experience solving program or project issues in a team environment.
Experience gathering pertinent data, identifying problems, and developing recommendations for improvement.
Experience planning and organizing work procedures/processes.
To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include:
Experience administering program related contracts and/or purchase orders.
Experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and operations.
Experience performing cost-benefit analysis of current or proposed program operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Manages and organizes Information - Identifies a need; gathers, organizes, and maintains information; determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods.
Knowledge Management - Knowledge of the value of collected information and the methods of sharing that information throughout an organization.
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
