Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing expert advisory services at various levels, supporting program requirements for administrative operations for internal and external stakeholders and managing/leading organizational projects relating to special interests or concerns. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:  Knowledge of workforce solutions and inclusive excellence Ability to provide advice and guidance to senior leadership Knowledge of a wide range of administrative laws, policies, precedents, and practices applicable to business operations Skill in identifying and resolving issues Skill in planning, organizing, and directing programs or projects Skill in development, implementation, and assessment of strategic and special assignments Ability to coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement Ability to advise senior leadership and management Ability to assess project results Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
