Duties
You will provide assistance in and meet with various team members to develop plans, proposals, timelines, and policies regarding privatization initiatives.
You will identify, qualify and counsel tenants on the benefits of living in privatized housing.
You will act as government Point of Contact (POC) for oversight of maintenance in privatized housing.
You will review work in progress and participate in final inspections, resolve complaints and grievances, and promote quality management.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing housing management duties in accordance with housing policies, principles, laws and regulations; 2) Providing customer service and counseling to tenants concerning housing policies and programs; 3) Assisting in the administration of privatized housing initiatives; 4) Assisting with the negotiation of public and private sector housing contracts; 5) Scheduling and coordinating work forces and resources pertaining to housing management activities and maintenance.

Education
Substitution of education for experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field.
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a related field.
OR
