Duties
You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner.
You will provide resident advocacy, assist with resident issue resolution, and work closely with public-private venture (PPV) partner to solve complex problems.
You will conduct housing inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements as well as Life, Health, and Safety requirements.
You will use housing related maintenance skills to inspect and identify potential issues.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting housing facility inspections and identifying deficiencies; 2) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements and specifications to quality problems encountered in such activities as audits, facility inspections, or investigations; and 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action. Education
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related;
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
