About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Resource Management Directorate located in Washington, DC. This position will be filled on a permanent basis.
Duties
Serves as a Management Analysis Officer reporting directly to the Chief, Program and Budget Division, Resource Management Directorate, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Manages program requirements, objectives, and metrics; and resolves conflicts among schedules, funding, and resourcing.
Develops analytical and conceptual models for analysis of PROBE data for the purpose of qualitatively and qualitatively defining program problems and resulting implications.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. This requires that a personnel security investigation be adjudicated on a pre-appointment basis which may take up to 90 days or longer to process.
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 3 Certified position. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.
