Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Designing and conducting comprehensive management studies for project teams, where the boundaries of the studies are extremely broad and difficult to determine in advance. Providing high level of expertise and support to senior management on strategic initiatives. Performing analysis and review of work products in the area of strategic planning; policy analysis and review; research and analysis; and performance measurement. Providing expert analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, management practices and work operations taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems. Reviewing and evaluating managerial policies and procedure to determine gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyzes the impact of new or proposed legislation on Agency operations.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least 3 (three) of the following: Overseeing the development of agency funding plans and facilitating quantitative and qualitative analysis Experience with project management techniques to organize, plan, schedule, conduct, and analyze complex initiatives Experience serving as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) level II or III on contracts, task orders, IDIQs, or other acquisition vehicles Demonstrating skills and experience with leading continuous process improvement initiatives within a federal organization.
