Duties
Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants. Collaborates with Division/Department Managers to understand job role and duties required of the position to route qualified candidates for the Manager¿s consideration. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process for assigned departments. Processes and maintains records and paperwork required by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and internal MCCS policies and procedures.

Qualifications
¿ A minimum of three years professional experience providing Human Resource services within large (500+ headcount) organization. ¿ Demonstrate progressive Human Resources experience that includes experience with high volume recruiting and benefits administration.¿ Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing.¿ Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies.¿ Proficiency in operating a personal computer and software programs to include HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft), and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ¿ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements while maintaining excellent customer service skills.¿ Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences.¿ Experience influencing and interacting with senior management, developing rapport and a high degree of trust with all levels of staff, and acting as representative of the recruiting function to those at the executive level.¿ Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and working with highly confidential personnel and compensation. ¿ Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
