About the Position: This position is a Defense Health Agency, Small Stand-Alone Market Dir of Resource Management, Information Management Division located at Lemoore, CA. Lemoore is a city in Kings County, California, United States. Lemoore is located 7.5 miles west-southwest of Hanford, at an elevation of 230 feet. It is part of the Hanford-Corcoran Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Duties

Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of a sound and effective security program throughout the organization. Monitors progressive levels of physical security measures, identifying needs for potential implementation in response to threats to personnel, information, and critical resources. Coordinates plans, procedures, and changes in Force Protection Condition level with higher headquarters, tenant organization activities and appropriate agencies.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
• Employees assigned to a medical treatment facility are required to be screened for applicable immunizations or pre-existing immunity based on occupational risk.
• This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination.
• Incumbent may be required to travel up to 5% for official business.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain IAT Level II certification by completing one of the commercial certifications as outlined in DODM 8140.03 within six (6) months of employment.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• The position may require incumbent to lift up to 50 lbs.
