Duties

You will Serve as Project Coordinator for command interest and high priority projects. You will coordinate closely with Engineers, Planners, Engineering Technicians and Planner/Estimators. You will perform special project assignments directly for the Area Commander and the APWO involving independent analysis and assessments. You will provide special reports and initiates inspections in response to service requests from APWO, Public works, AC/S G-F (Facilities), Area Commander. You will Advise and provide guidance and technical assistance on routine and emergency maintenance matters.

Requirements

Qualifications

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing short and long-term facility requirements, inspecting facility operations, and resolving issues pertaining to the installation, maintenance, or repair of facilities. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Repair, new construction, equipment installation, facilities planning, programming, master planning, space assignments and utilization, and permanent party enlisted billeting. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
