You will serve as a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SECIALIST In the TRAINING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIV of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
Duties
You will monitor project milestones nd ensure that completion of deadlines are consistently met.
You will advise and provide guidance and technical assistance on routine and emergency maintenance matter.
You will perform special projects assignments directly for the Area Commander and APWO involving independent analysis and assessment of technical data, schematics, proposed engineering changes, funding and other related criteria.
You will attend weekly meetings held by the APWO for production scheduling and reports problems in AFM Areas.
You will prepare weekly synopsis to the AMPO on the progress Camp Services maintenance projects.
You will investigate, analyze, and help resolve problems pertaining to the design, instillation, maintenance or repair of Area's' facilities.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing short and long-term facility requirements, inspecting facility operations, and resolving issues pertaining to the installation, maintenance, or repair of facilities.
