You will serve as a RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SPECTURM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will have oversight and approval responsibility for all Purchase card purchasers under their purview.
You will ensure cards issued are properly utilized for official Government business.
You will validate and certify purchase card activity reports.
You will ensure purchase files are organized and audit ready.
You will assist and prepare analytical reports, status/requirement reports to headquarters, program plans, work unit assignments, and/or related facility plans.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Generally, current federal employees applying for STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower pay band. This requirement is called time-in-band. Time-in-band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience at or equivalent to the (DA-01) pay band or (GS-04) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work; and 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.

Education

Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
