You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASN (M&RA)) of ASSTSECNAV M-RA WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will compose and review letters, memoranda, statistics, organization data, and forms required to accomplish day-to-day work.
You will make necessary arrangements for travel utilizing the Defense Travel System and assist with vouchers.
You will formulate and review policies and procedures relating to organizational management, operations and administration.
You will review staff timekeeping each pay period to ensure completion and coordinate with HRO.
You will have experience in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure program
effectiveness.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: liaise between offices and internal staff to integrate and track task packages; AND complete travel arrangements (orders or vouchers) using an automated system such as Defense Travel System (DTS).
