About the Position: Serve as the principal Army program analyst for Joint training and exercises for the Collective Training Division within the Training Directorate of HQDA DCS G-3/5/7. This position is located at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Duties

Serve as the senior Army exercise and Joint training program analyst. Develop Army exercise and Joint Training policy. Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures to govern joint training and Army exercise planning, programming, and budget processes. Develop and maintain Army policy in AR 350-1 for Army exercises. Represent the Army at working groups, steering groups, or other meetings, conferences, seminars, etc. and host meetings with ACOMs, ASCCs representatives to discuss/resolve exercise and joint training issues.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Up to 10% TDY may be required.
• Personnel must pass drug screening prior to hiring and will be subject to periodic and random drug testing, thereafter, in accordance with AR 600-85 and Department of Defense Directive 2010.9.
