This position is in the Office of Policy, Strategic Planning and Regulations (MC-PR), under the Associate Administrator for Policy and Program Development, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. You will serve as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Equity Program Analyst under the executive leadership of the Director of Policy, Strategic Planning & Regulation.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience designing and implementing equity focused programs and/or initiatives.
Experience communicating with senior leadership and providing timely recommendations and support across an agency.
Experience leading the planning and implementing of policies and/or initiatives.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
Experience managing multiple programs/projects and/or contracts simultaneously.
Experience in oral and written communication and the development of presentations, memos and reports.
Experience in developing strategies to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within teams and organizations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Manages and Organizes Information - Identifies a need; gathers, organizes, and maintains information; determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods.
