About the Position: This position is located with the Director of Resource Management, Logistics in Reynolds Army Health Clinic at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
Duties
Provide all equipment/property supply support to the Reynolds Army Health Clinic, Dental, Vet services, and other outlying activities within Fort Sill's health support area.
Assist the Property Book Officer (PBO) in administering relief from accountability documents such as Reports of Survey and Statement of Charges.
Ensure document registers, suspense files, transaction files, output from the Army Medical Department Property Accounting system (AMEDDPAS) files are maintained.
Verify all change documents i.e., Administrative Adjustment Reports (AARs), lateral transfers, issues, turn-in documents are posted to the property book for 100% accountability.
Sustain an audit trail of all requisitions, issues, and turn-ins.
Maintain accountability for all standard and nonstandard, excess medical and non-medical equipment and supplies.
Confirm all equipment (medical and non-medical) received is technically inspected and classified for condition code.
Ensure excess medical equipment is reported for disposition and generate documentation for turn-in.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
- Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
- Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes procuring medical and non-medical supplies, performing reconciliations of supply invoices and generating reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
