This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Contracting, Employee Services Division. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will provide guidance, workload management, and expertise on contracting systems and databases that allow staff to plan, award, and administer high quality contracts.

Duties

Advises and manages the coordination with senior leadership, managers, and external stakeholders related to budget, human resources, emergency planning and logistics. Establishes guidelines and expectations for subordinates and evaluates subordinates' performance. Directs and supervises subordinate work of technical, professional and administrative analysts. Oversees the occupational safety and health program ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and orders. Assures that revenue and expenditures are properly recorded and accounted for, permitting preparation of sound and reliable financial and inventory reports.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 06/14/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 06/14/2024. GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Mentoring and providing technical and administrative oversight to staff responsible for a variety of administrative initiatives. Reviewing, analyzing, and developing budget formulations for annual and multi-year budgets estimates and narrative justifications for organizational programs. Creating, establishing, and analyzing reports for various mission support functions to develop operational efficiency and quality. Advising leadership on recommendations for improvements or enhancements to new and existing practices. Coordinating with peers and leaders to establish priorities, policies, objectives, and long-range plans.
