Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management (OFM), in Williston, Vermont.
This is a non-bargaining unit position.
Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior level analyst responsible for evaluating and reviewing policies in assigned program areas.
As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties:
Recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives, future programs and improvements.
Plan, conduct and participate in special studies or task forces.
Provide technical assistance and support to management in all matters relating to the planning of management programs.
Implement and monitor management information systems that focus on long and short range plans, policies and programs.
Requirements

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
Evaluating policies in assigned program areas to achieve organizational objectives for future programs and improvements;
Providing technical support to management in matters relating to the planning of management programs;
Monitoring information systems that focus on long and short range plans, policies and programs to accomplish the objectives;
Participating in special studies or task forces with team members to provide advice and assistance to managers as well as evaluate policies in assigned areas.
