Duties

Convert files to digital format to ensure required project files are properly located. Perform a variety of administrative support duties for team members. Generate project management documents to ensure progress. Ensure documentation is included in contract files. Conduct regular reading of a variety of meters to include water, electric. Utilize a variety of office automation systems such as word processing, data bases, and electronic spreadsheets to prepare a variety of correspondence. Inform senior management and team members apprised of policies. Maintain suspense system for tracking expiring Mission Orders and Base –Ops Orders.
