You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Logistics Department of NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND PAC.
Duties
You will maintain General Equipment (GE) accountability for the NECCPAC enterprise utilizing the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) to ensure compliance with COMPACFLT M-5200.1 series
You will develop physical inventory plans detailing the approach for ensuring 100 percent of all accountable GE is inventoried annually, and any locally accountable GE requiring special management is physically sighted and inventoried as required.
You will Conducts periodic on-site inspections/visits to maintain custodian relationships, conduct training, perform audits, and verify that all GE is properly recorded and accounted for.
You will monitor the Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) metrics on a weekly basis for NECCPAC and its 16 subordinate commands to determine if the units are meeting Type Commander (TYCOM) goals established in CMP.
You will run monthly R-Supply reports for NECCPAC and its 15 subordinate units that have R-Supply, in order to monitor the supply status of all the units.
You will conduct SME-level training on Supply Operations for inventory management, material management, financial management and property accountability.
You will participate in supply/financial testing, survey, reviews, assessments, and evaluations of DON supply/financial management policies, processes, procedures and systems at the headquarters, field, and operating force levels.
You will review, analyze, and interpret various supply/financial documents and reports; and develops improvements, solutions, or corrective action measures for resolving financial management issues.
You will coordinate with the internal and external audit/supply communities to review and coordinate on NECCPAC responses to DON-wide financial statements, audits, and supply policies.
You will collect, review, and submit NECCPAC testing results such as: Key Supporting Documents (KSDs), Memorandum for Records (MFRs), and corrective actions from subordinate NECCPAC Commands for review and compliance.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing supply program operations and relative information systems (e.g., Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS); R-Supply; Food Service Management (FSM); Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS); Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)) to analyze program performance and develop recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency and resolve supply and financial management issues.
