This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO- DAS Mgmt Budget. As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the OFM staff responsible for budget formulation and execution, and general administrative support. Duties

As a/an SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will: Participate in meetings with senior leaders at Treasury to communicate financial and administrative goals and results. Identify and develop ways to resolve problems or cope with issues which directly affect the accomplishment of principal program goals and objectives. Make decisions on non-routine, costly, or controversial training needs and training requests related to employees of the unit.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Specialized Experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following: -Experience in developing and reviewing a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management, using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management ; AND -Experience resolving issues and coordinating leadership approval of financial, staffing and contractual documents; AND -Experience working with senior officials regarding issues with high level options and recommendations. Specialized Experience for the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following: -Experience assisting in the development of a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management.; AND -Experience working with and advising senior officials on high level issues. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resumé. TIME-IN-GRADE: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks. TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
