About the Position: This position is under the control of LSC, Supply Chain Integration Directorate, Order Management Division. Duties

Develops team to provide recommendations for addressing unit support requests. Evaluates and develops opportunities to improve order fulfillment processes. Leads team to engage with supported units on order fulfillment and supply chain matters, ensuring responsive communication. Serves as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for order fulfillment issues, and the exchange of information between personnel on the assigned team, with other command personnel, and with other organizations. Supports the development and implementation of outcome-based demand and supply planning support strategies that optimize supply chain management principles to enhance system readiness and life cycle cost affordability. Ensures team monitors error trends to find recurring error causes and advises team in resolving underlying problems. Assists in identifying, developing, and implementing best practices throughout the order fulfillment cycle. Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Monitors and reports on the status of work in progress review completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met.
