You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Research & Development Group, Spectrum Warfare Department, Avionics/Weapons Integration Engineering Div., of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide business analysis support to the Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead.
You will interface with a diverse workforce consisting of many different competencies, Squadrons, NAVAIR commands, and Contractors, and will integrate their procedures and processes with the Integrated Product Team.
You will provide administrative advice and services in personnel and organizational management, conduct studies and analysis, and resolve problems.
You will participate in the coordination of spaces in various Integrated Product Team facilities by supporting the development and execution of a plan for the distribution of personnel and resources in these facilities.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
DA-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working knowledge of Integrated Product Teams budget, space, facilities, security, and general operating procedures; 2) Preparing reports and replies to information requests and data calls; 3) Participating in the Integrated Product Team's modernization efforts by providing administrative support for facilities expansion and improvements; 3) Providing administrative advice and services in the areas of financial, personnel, and organizational management; 4) Conducting studies and analysis.
DA-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working knowledge of the Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) and customers they may support; 2) Understanding Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) regulatory compliance procedures and policies; 3) Assisting in gathering, assembling, and analyzing data and recommending solutions to problems associated with processes, standards and policies of the Integrated Product Teams operations.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
