You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
Duties
You will support Wartime Acquisition Resource Planning Project Management to prepare and sustain wartime programs.
You will assist with supply chain management by providing insight to potential issues and opportunities that may impact critical programs.
You will be responsible for project management, support agreements, policies, training, standard operating procedures, change management techniques, workforce development, and data analysis.
You will coordinate plans of action with milestones for various efforts with applicable functional and domain support group personnel.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating and reviewing national security strategy including military operational plans and/or military exercises and/or military games; 2) Applying knowledge of the Department of Defense's warfighting capabilities and current technologies within the fleet; 3) Managing the supply chain management process, current issues, and potential future challenges; 4) Implementing change management techniques with innovative solutions; and 5) Managing a complex and multifaceted program.
