The Management and Program Analyst provides Contracting Officer Representative (COR) functions on the Integrated Logistics Subteam, AJW-L511.

Duties

Performs multiple and varying assignments and works across functional and/or organizational lines at the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) under the limited guidance of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. May act as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Successful completion of security investigation may be required.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-H (FG/GS 12) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, (FG/GS 10-11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes working with pre- and post-award actions, administering acquisition programs for multiple contracts, conducting/participating in studies, analyzing findings, and making recommendations. Experience applying innovative and contracting skills to major system and support service acquisitions, which have characteristics such as technically complex, mission essential, high visibility, and high dollar value and assisting project managers with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects or tasks from initial planning through project/task completion.
