You will serve as a SHORE RESPONSE AND EXERCISE PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the TRAINING AND OPERATION DIVISION of HDQTRS NDW.
Duties
You will identify opportunities and approaches to the analysis and optimization of afloat, ashore, and environmental readiness.
You will advise on policy, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of resources and manpower for the organization.
You will allocate funds to accomplish ashore training and readiness program goals.
You will manage crisis action planning for Navy command, control, and communications (C3) ashore doctrine.
You will oversee the integration of immersive training components for installation training programs and exercise support.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing, administering, and evaluating training programs; 2) Planning and managing studies necessitated by program and organizational changes, to identify recommended changes to the training programs; 3) Analyzing, developing and executing training program budget to ensure alignment with program directives; 4) Providing briefings on findings and recommendations of studies and analyzes.
