You will serve as a Housing Manager in the Commander, Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) of NB SAN DIEGO.
Duties
You will conduct housekeeping and sanitation inspections during occupancy to ensure property is maintained in compliance with housing policies.
You will investigate housing facilities to resolve complex occupant concerns and complaints.
You will advise management of issues and complaints to ensure resolution to comply with housing administration procedures.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing input on the development of directives, instructions, and procedures, for the inspection of housing facilities; 2) Solving problems related to housing occupant concerns and complaints; 3) Maintaining and controlling expenditures related to housing management requirements; 4) Ensuring Unaccompanied Housing Property (buildings and rooms) are maintained and up to standard; and 5) Providing training and guidance of Housing policies to Building Petty Officer. Education

I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
I have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
or
I have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled
