You will serve as a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT in the OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND COMPTROLLER), (OASN(FM&C) of ASN.
Duties
You will analyze, plan, prioritize, and track the activities of OASN (Financial Management Comptroller) leadership to ensure the organization is focused on activities that align with OASN (Financial Management Comptroller ) goals.
You will Serve as a liaison between the OASN (Financial Management Comptroller), other offices, and subordinate staffs.
You will facilitate information flow on Financial Management Comptroller initiatives by effectively communicating verbally and in writing with OASN (Financial Management Comptroller) staff, Secretariat staff, DON organizations, and mission partners.
You will inform staff members of developments and arrange for implementation of commitments made by leadership.
You will conducts research as necessary to prepare correspondence, analyses, studies, and reports on a variety of subjects in support of the ASN (Financial Management Comptroller) mission.
You will establishes priorities, sets up, reschedules, or refuses appointments, accepts or declines invitations to meetings, and arranges for representations by the subordinate staff as appropriate.
You will Schedules conference rooms, VTCs, and other events at the direction of the PDASN and COS,
and other Financial Management Comptroller front office staff.
You will composes and prepares letters, memoranda and forms with statistical reports using applicable
computer programs to accomplish day-to-day work.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
-Experiencing the application of a wide range of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents that impact the administrative operations of the organization including personnel management programs, general administrative programs, and payroll programs.
-Experience employing administrative methods and techniques to review and resolve problems associated with, but not limited to, administering payroll; handling personnel security matters; managing personnel management, training, and professional development initiatives.
-Experience in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues regarding personnel management and administrative operations
