About the Position: This position is with the Military Intelligence Readiness Command, Command Group located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Duties
Supervise the daily activities of both civilian and military full-time staff.
Conduct performance evaluations for employees.
Serve as an advisor on matters in regard to policy for the Army Reserve program and mission specific.
Perform quality control over the Command and keeps commanding general abreast of situations.
Sustain liaison with other Commands and external agencies.
Run the Commands financial/resource management programs.
Develop Command-wide policies to increase effectiveness of operations and functions.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
