This position is part of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert, in all functional areas for the internal business operations of the Resource Management Division.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience
For the GS-12: A qualified candidate's online resume and personnel records must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Providing analysis and feedback on administrative policies and processes for use in the management and direction of resource management programs.
Conducting analysis to assist in the development of budget requests for resource requirements to accomplish the mission.
Assisting higher level management with civilian personnel needs.
For the GS-13: A qualified candidate's online resume and personnel records must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Conducting analysis of manpower and resource allocation to assist with budget operations.
Providing technical guidance and advice on the most appropriate method or procedure of analysis and evaluation to accomplish resource management strategy.
Advising on civilian personnel policies and procedures.
